What green cleaning products do you use?
We use a variety of different green cleaning products that you can feel safe about being
used in your home or office. Some of these include Seventh Generation, Bon Ami,
Ecover, Citrus Solve, vinegar and Bona (for hardwood floors). We are always testing
new green cleaning products as they appear on the market and welcome your
suggestions if you have found one that you like.

How do you charge for your services?
Like many other residential and commercial cleaning companies, we charge a flat rate
fee for our services, or what is also called "by the job," based on the work that you need
done. Our rates or very competitive compared to similar services in the Bay Area.
If we already have our favorite cleaning products can we have you use them?
Yes, we are happy to use your products and tools if you prefer. We of course prefer that
they be environmentally friendly whenever possible.
Why does the first time cleaning cost more?
The first cleaning of your home will cost more because it takes more time for us to
clean. We give your home or office a thorough first time cleaning that helps us maintain
the cleanliness of your home for subsequent cleanings.
Can you use our vacuum/mop?
Yes, we are happy to use your vacuum or any other tools of yours for cleaning your
home.
What is the insurance that you have?
Eco-Friendly Cleaning carries janitorial liability insurance to protect you against an
accident in your home or office and/or any damages caused to your home or office and
belongings as a result of our services. In addition, we carry bond insurance.
Do you have a list of references that I can contact?
Yes, we are happy to provide you with a list of client references, either for commercial
or residential cleaning. You can e-mail us or call our offices for a list.
